You would have to mill the heads down to 66 cc just to get your DCR to around 7.8:1 with that K1103 cam. In fact I don't think I would use the K1103 even if you did mill the heads. If you can't get em' milled then do not use the cam you listed, go for the summit K1102 204/214*. If you can get the heads milled cheap then go for it, if not then don't worry about it.
